City of London Police say Wade Spencer, 20, of Newington Green, #Hackney, has been charged with x2 GBH with intent and possession of a bladed article.
This comes after two men – aged 21 and 22 suffered stab wounds during a fight at Broadgate Circle, EC2, on Friday 17 July.
