Witnesses are sought after two people reported being robbed in Gravesend

A teenage boy and girl were sitting on a bench in Woodlands Park on 30 May 2021 when at around 7.30pm they were approached by two men.

One of the men is alleged to have stolen the boy’s mobile phone and then smashed the girl’s phone on the floor. One of them is then reported to have hit the girl around the back of the head.

The suspects then ran from the scene and the boy’s phone was found damaged on the ground in Portland Avenue.

Both suspects are described as black and aged between 18 and 20 years old. One was wearing a bright red tracksuit with white stripes down the arms. He also had a black cloth face mask.

The second man was wearing a black tracksuit with the hood up. His hair is thought to have tied in plaits and his facial hair is described as being patchy.
